Geltungsbereich Diese Nutzungsbedingungen gelten für die Nutzung der OilWay App („App“), bereitgestellt von OilWay („wir“, „uns“, „unser“). Mit der Nutzung der App akzeptierst du diese Bedingungen.
Nutzungslizenz Wir gewähren dir eine persönliche, nicht-exklusive, nicht-übertragbare, widerrufliche Lizenz zur Nutzung der App gemäß diesen Bedingungen.
Premium-Abonnement 3.1 Abonnement-Optionen

Premium Monatlich: Monatliche Abrechnung
Premium Jährlich: Jährliche Abrechnung mit Ersparnis 3.2 Zahlung und Verlängerung
Die Zahlung erfolgt über deinen Apple App Store oder Google Play Store Account
Abonnements verlängern sich automatisch, sofern nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ablauf des aktuellen Zeitraums gekündigt wird
Der Verlängerungspreis wird innerhalb von 24 Stunden vor Ende des aktuellen Zeitraums abgebucht 3.3 Kündigung
Du kannst dein Abonnement jederzeit in den Einstellungen deines App Store oder Google Play Store Accounts kündigen
Nach der Kündigung hast du bis zum Ende des bezahlten Zeitraums weiterhin Zugang zu Premium-Funktionen
Bereits gezahlte Beträge werden nicht erstattet 3.4 Kostenlose Testversion
Falls angeboten, endet die kostenlose Testversion automatisch und wird in ein kostenpflichtiges Abonnement umgewandelt, sofern nicht vor Ablauf gekündigt wird

Scope These Terms of Use apply to the use of the OilWay App („App“), provided by OilWay („we“, „us“, „our“). By using the App, you accept these terms.
License to Use We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App in accordance with these terms.
Premium Subscription 3.1 Subscription Options

Premium Monthly: Monthly billing
Premium Yearly: Annual billing with savings 3.2 Payment and Renewal
Payment is processed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
The renewal price will be charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period 3.3 Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play Store account settings
After cancellation, you will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of the paid period
No refunds will be provided for amounts already paid 3.4 Free Trial
If offered, the free trial ends automatically and converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before expiration
